Welcome to Butter Road Bakeshop! By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us in-store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
GENERAL
Butter Road Bakeshop is a bakery operating in Ontario, Canada. These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, orders, and use of our products and services. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders may be placed online or by email (where applicable). Full payment is required at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be applied as required by law.
ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
While we take care in handling allergens, our kitchen uses common ingredients such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion and understand that consumption is at their own risk.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All sales of baked goods are final due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of error on our part (e.g., incorrect order).
Cancellations for standard orders must be made at least 2 business days in advance. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time. We cannot guarantee freshness if pickup is delayed. If delivery is offered, fees and availability will be confirmed at the time of order. We are not responsible for items once picked up or delivered.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including logos, product photos, and text, is the property of Butter Road Bakeshop and may not be copied or used without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butter Road Bakeshop shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or consumption of our products.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
