At Butter Road Bakeshop, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. Because our products are made fresh and are perishable, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below:

GENERAL POLICY

All food items are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their perishable nature. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can address your concern.

ORDER ERRORS

If we make a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item, missing item, incorrect size/flavour), we will:

 

1. Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or

2. Offer a credit or partial refund, at our discretion

QUALITY CONCERNS

If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please return the product (or photo evidence if applicable) within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. We may issue a replacement or store credit if the product does not meet our standards.

PICKUP & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
 

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time. Once an item has left our premises (or has been delivered), we are not responsible for damage caused by transportation, handling, or storage.
